The series is declared across 1 Hz to 1 MHz, -45 °C to +125 °C and 30% to 70% relative humidity, with primary voltage from 6 V to 305 V, secondary from 1.8 V to 55 V, DC resistance 2.8 Ω to 82 Ω and 0.02 Ω to 12.8 Ω, and leakage inductance 0.32 µH to 5.8 µH, all at 1 kHz, 0.25 V. Body 15.0 x 12.0 x 7.0 mm maximum. Windings, ratio and footprint are built to the customer's design, so a sample is matched to your schematic rather than chosen from a catalogue.
ZXY2207 Permalloy Audio Isolation Transformer, 600:600 / 600:600 Dual / 10K:10K / 600:10K / 10K:600, Ground Loop Noise Isolator, 6-Pin PCB Mount
ZXY2207 is a permalloy audio isolation transformer in a shielded metal can, made in five builds: 600:600 at 1:1 with 6.0 H, 600:600 dual at 1+1 : 1+1 with 14.0 H, 10K:10K at 1:1 with 105 H, 600:10K at 1:4 and 10K:600 at 4:1. All are held to ±2% on ratio and ±15% on DC resistance, isolated to 1250 V AC at 1 mA for 60 s, and rated −40 °C to +85 °C. Six pins on a 4.0 mm grid, footprint 22.0 x 18.3 mm. Data at 25 °C. The windings are tightly coupled on a high-permeability core, so almost all of the flux set up by the primary links the secondary and the coupling coefficient sits close to one. That is what makes the response flat across the band: the bottom of the passband is set by the primary inductance and the top by the leakage inductance. The primary job of the part, though, is the isolation - the two windings share no conductor, so a ground potential difference between two pieces of equipment has no path to travel.
ZXY-CT226A Precision AC Current Transformer, 30 A Input, 1000:1 / 2000:1, Φ5 mm Through-Hole Primary, PCB Mount, 19 x 18 x 10.2 mm
ZXY-CT226A is a precision AC current transformer for PCB mounting: an epoxy-potted body with a Φ5 mm primary bore and two secondary pins, 30 A AC rated input at 50/60 Hz, offered as 1000:1 (GL-CT226A1.0B) with 30 mA AC output or 2000:1 (GL-CT226A2.0B) with 15 mA AC output. Phase error is 5 arc-minutes or better at the stated burden, linearity 0.2% on the 1000:1 build and 0.1% on the 2000:1. Insulation resistance is above 1000 MΩ, the case is UL94-V0, and dielectric withstand is 4 kV at 50 Hz for 1 minute over −40 °C to +70 °C. The primary is the cable or busbar that passes through the bore, not a winding of the part, so the part reads whatever current the conductor carries without being connected into that circuit at all. What comes out of the two pins is a scaled copy, small enough for a metering or protection input to accept directly. That is what makes it usable on a mains conductor: the measuring circuit never touches it.
ZXY-ED12.6-20H SMD Audio Isolation Transformer, Permalloy Core, 100 Hz - 20 kHz, 1:1 Turns Ratio, 20 H Inductance, 10-Pin SMD, 17.8 x 13.3 x 10.0 mm
ZXY-ED12.6-20H is an SMD audio isolation transformer on a permalloy core: a sealed core in a high-gloss tape wrap, a plastic bobbin with the primary on pins 1-5 and the secondary on pins 6-10, and ten formed SMD pins, five to a side. 100 Hz to 20 kHz, turns ratio 1:1 within ±2%, primary inductance 20 H minimum at 1 kHz and 0.3 V, dielectric withstand 1250 V at 1 mA / 60 s. Outline 10.0 mm high, 17.8 mm long and 13.3 mm wide. Data at 25 °C. It sits between two stages of a signal path that must not share a conductor. The isolation keeps a fault or a burn-out on one side away from the output stage on the other, removes the AC mains-frequency interference that travels along the ground, and breaks the common-ground loop that produces hum. Being surface mount, it is placed by the same process as the rest of the board, which is why the 20 H winding is wound on a part this small.
EL14 Horizontal Audio Isolation Transformer, Through-Hole PCB Mount, 300 Hz - 3.4 kHz, 1:1 Turns Ratio, EI1401 / EI1402, 16 x 8.5 mm
EL14 is a horizontal audio isolation transformer for through-hole PCB mounting: a precision ferrite core, a precision coil wound primary 1-2 and secondary 4-3 under yellow tape insulation, and four pins in two rows underneath the body. Two variants are listed under the model, EI1401 and EI1402, both 1:1 and both rated 1500 V at 1 mA / 60 s. Operating range 300 Hz to 3.4 kHz. Body 16 mm maximum length, 8.5 mm high, pin rows 12 mm apart. Data at 25 °C. The part sits between two circuits that must not share a conductor: it couples the voice or data signal while breaking the earth path, which removes the hum a system picks up when it is grounded at more than one point, and it keeps a fault on one side away from the output stage on the other. Balanced and unbalanced runs both benefit, which is why the same part appears in telephone, biomedical and induction-speaker equipment.
ZXY-EI16 Fly-Lead Microphone Transformer, Audio Isolation Type, 50 Hz - 20 kHz, 1:5 and 1:6 Turns Ratio, EI16 Laminated Steel Core, 16.5 x 14.5 x 14.5 mm
ZXY-EI16 is a microphone transformer in fly-lead form: an EI16 laminated steel core, a coil wound on an insulated bobbin under a yellow tape wrap, and four colour-coded leads instead of PCB pins. Two turns-ratio versions are standard, 1:5 as type B2456 and 1:6 as type B2577, both specified over 50 Hz to 20 kHz and both rated 1500 V at 1 mA / 60 s. Overall 16.5 mm long, 14.5 mm high and 14.5 mm deep. Electrical data at 25 °C. The leads identify the windings at the bench: BLUE and YELLOW on the primary, which is the microphone side, RED and GREEN on the secondary, which is the console side, with the phase end of each winding marked by a dot on the wiring diagram. Because there are no pins the part is wired into a microphone body, a harness or an existing board assembly after the mechanical design is fixed.
ZXY-DU135 Microphone Transformer, Flying-Lead Audio Isolation Type, 50 Hz - 20 kHz, Turns Ratio 1:1.2 / 1:2 / 1:5, Laminated Silicon Steel Core, 19.5 x 13.0 x 16.5 mm
ZXY-DU135 is a microphone transformer in flying-lead form: a laminated silicon steel core, a copper winding on a nylon bobbin under an insulation wrap, and four colour-coded leads (BLACK, RED, BLUE, YELLOW) instead of PCB pins. Three turns-ratio versions run in the same body, 1:1.2, 1:2 and 1:5, all specified over 50 Hz to 20 kHz and all rated 1500 V at 1 mA / 60 s. Overall 19.5 mm long, 16.5 mm high and 13.0 mm across, with the core stack 7.0 mm thick. Electrical data at 25 °C. Leads rather than pins means the part is wired into a harness, a microphone body or an existing board assembly after the mechanical design is settled. The isolation breaks the conductive path between two audio circuits while passing the signal, which removes the AC mains interference and the ground-loop hum that appear when equipment is earthed at different points, and it cuts the external interference picked up on both balanced and unbalanced runs.
ZXY DU124 Microphone Transformer, Fly-Lead Type, 20 Hz - 20 kHz, Turns Ratio 1:4 / 1:7 / 1:12, Stacked EI Core, 16.5 x 12.0 x 25.0 mm, Four Pre-Tinned Leads
ZXY DU124 is a microphone transformer in fly-lead form: stacked EI lamination core, precision copper winding under high-dielectric-strength yellow Mylar tape, and four pre-tinned leads with UL AWM style insulation instead of PCB pins. Turns ratio 1:4, 1:7 or 1:12, frequency range 20 Hz to 20 kHz, dielectric withstand 1500 V at 1 mA / 60 s. Body 16.5 mm wide, 12.0 mm deep, 25.0 mm high, leads 40 ± 2 mm. Electrical data at 25 °C. Four leads and no pins means the part is wired rather than placed on a footprint, which is what makes it usable inside a microphone body, on a flying harness, or in a retrofit where the mounting position is already fixed. The isolation breaks the ground connection between two stages while passing the signal, removing the AC hum that appears when equipment sits on different earth potentials, and it reduces interference on both balanced and unbalanced runs.
