Huizhou Zhixiangyuan Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000. Focusing on magnetic components for 26 years, we have grown into a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing and sales.
Headquartered in Shenzhen, the company operates two modern production bases in Zhongkai (Huizhou) and Guang’an (Sichuan), covering a total area of over 10,000 square meters. We have built an efficient and coordinated production network across China.
We own an experienced R&D team whose average industry experience exceeds 20 years, with profound know-how in magnetic materials and component applications. To date, we have obtained more than 20 national patents. Our core products cover a diversified range including audio transformers and audio isolators. Apart from mature standard series products, we excel at providing in-depth customized solutions to resolve complex technical challenges in customers’ applications, helping clients achieve differentiated product innovation and performance improvement.

Ms. Chen Houqing is the founder of Zhixiangyuan Technology.
With 26 years of experience in the magnetic components industry, she has long focused on the R&D, manufacturing and supply chain management of magnetic devices such as inductors and transformers, and has accumulated extensive experience in product development, production process optimization and customer demand solutions.
Since founding Zhixiangyuan Technology in 2021, she has adhered to the business philosophy of "customized design, refined production, and reliable service". She has led the team to continuously optimize product processes and quality management systems, driving the rapid development of the company and forming a modern operation system integrating R&D, production and sales.
At present, the company's products are widely used in power supplies, electronic controls, consumer electronics, industrial equipment and other fields. 2011
Foundation of the company
Founded Shenzhen Zhixiangyuan Electronics Co., LTD., recruited a number of a group of senior engineers in the industry from Taiwan-funded enterprises, with more than 18 years of experience. Set up management and technical team.
2013
Established the first factory
Established the first factory, Covering an area of 2000 square meters producing over 800 different product specifications.
2016
Guanlan factory in Shenzhen has been established
The Guanlan factory in Shenzhen has been established, mainly producing inductance and transformer series products with 980 specifications. Obtained ISO9001:2015 certification.
2018
Establishing a Guang'an factory
Establishing a Guang'an factory, covering an area of over 3000 square meters, mainly producing a series of products such as inductor transformers and wireless charging coils, with up to 2000 types. Annual production capacity of 155K.
2022
Establish a high standard factory
Establish a high standard factory and set up a Huizhou branch. Produce frequency conversion transformers, dry-type transformers, and new energy related products.
2006
Launch of the Biogo range
The Biogo line was launched. These compostable packages were a first in Canada. Our new extrusion department was housed in a 25,000 ft.2 expansion. This was a key step in Tilton's vertical integration strategy to control its entire manufacturing process.
2012
Machine tools and
Tilton increased its tooling department production space with the acquisition of several automated machine tools. Major investment in thermoforming equipment. Launch of our first range of 50% recycled content packaging from recovered plastic bottles.
2017
Digital transformation
It was the dawn of a new technological era at Tilton: digital transformation. Plant 4.0 allows for unparalleled operational efficiency and real-time monitoring of thermoforming and extrusion production. Tilton continued to grow as 35,000 ft.2 were added to the thermoforming department and our automated warehouse.
2020
Ecoresponsible innovation
Investment in state-of-the-art extrusion equipment allowing the use of 100% recycled material from selective collection.
2021
Major expansion
Tilton added 45,000 ft.2 to its facilities. A new generation of robots doubled production capacity and a new fully automated warehouse was opened. The company's site reached 150,000 ft.2.
