ZXY EE25-1:1A is an EE25 series audio transformer with a 1:1 turns ratio, built on a high-frequency ferrite core held in a metal frame. Primary winding on pins 1 to 4, secondary on pins 5 to 8. Vertical through-hole PCB mount on a 5.0 mm pin pitch, body 25.5 x 18.5 x 22.0 mm. The bobbin is PA66 with moulded pin terminal blocks, the winding is precision-wound copper with a tape wrap between winding and core, and the terminals are solder-plated. The model is laser-etched on the tape as ZXY EE25-1:1A. Production is covered by an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, certificate 38124Q0614R0S, and the model family is covered by a CE Certificate of Conformity under the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, certificate CKX2519109071.
ZXY-EI19 is an EI19 hard-pin audio isolation and voice / data coupling transformer in a DIP through-hole package, 19.5 x 15 x 17 mm with a 5 mm pin pitch. Four catalogue models share the footprint: EI1901 and EI1902 at 1:1, EI1904 at 1:5 and EI1905 at 1:11. Inductance, measured at 1 kHz with a 0.3 V signal and quoted as a minimum, runs from 585 mH on both windings of the EI1902 to 1.2 H on both windings of the EI1901 and 17 H on the second winding of the EI1905. DC resistance is quoted to ±15 percent, from 12.5 ohm on the EI1904 second winding to 1.58 kohm on the EI1905 second winding. Frequency range 100 Hz to 4.5 kHz. Hi-POT 500 V at 1 mA leakage for 60 s on every model. Marked CCC, CE and UL.
ZXY-3529 is a permalloy audio isolation transformer in an 8-pin DIP through-hole package. Two turns-ratio variants are specified for the model: 1+1:1 with DCR 26 + 52 Ω max between pins 1-4 and 70 Ω max between pins 5-8, and 4:1 with 700 Ω and 45 Ω respectively, all at 25 °C. Maximum 50 Hz input level at 1% THD is +12 dBu (1+1:1) and +22 dBu (4:1). ZXY EI10 is a compact single-phase audio transformer from the ZXY EI10 Series. It is built on an EI10 shell-type core held by a black core clamp, wound with copper wire and taped in yellow insulation, and seated on a molded green bobbin that carries the through-hole solder pins. A red dot on the bobbin face marks orientation, and production units carry the marking 24013G-T1B printed on the tape wrap. The lead way is pins, so the part mounts directly on a PCB by through-hole soldering, and the compact outline suits dense board layouts. Sold in cartons, marked CCC, CE, RoHS and UL. ZXY1806 is a single-phase low-frequency audio transformer built on a toroidal copper coil in an autotransformer configuration. It mounts by DIP through-hole on a 2+3 pin layout: pins 1-2 are the input side and pins 3-5 the output side, kept on two separate rows of the body so primary and secondary connections stay distinct during assembly. The winding is encapsulated in high-grade epoxy resin potting and the faceplate carries a clear laser silkscreen showing the ZXY AUDIO brand, the impedance ratio and the model number, so a unit stays identifiable after potting and through its service life. ZXY1527 is a passive, shielded audio isolation transformer on a high-permeability Permalloy (Ni-Fe alloy) core, supplied in a 1+1:1+1 winding configuration with an 8-pin terminal layout. It covers 20 Hz - 50 kHz flat within +/-0.5 dB with total harmonic distortion below 0.01%, common-mode rejection above 90 dB and at least 1500 Vrms isolation between primary and secondary. Standard impedance ratios include 600 ohm : 600 ohm and 10k ohm : 10k ohm. Insertion loss is typically under 0.3 dB at 1 kHz, and the unit is rated from -40 C to +85 C.
ZXY-6731 is a passive, epoxy-encapsulated audio isolation transformer supplied in two impedance configurations: Model A at 150:600-40Vrms for impedance matching, and Model B at 600:600-40Vrms for 1:1 line isolation. Both are rated 40 Vrms with 4000 VAC dielectric strength primary to secondary, optimised for the 150 Hz to 600 Hz band, and built in a multi-fin industrial housing with convective cooling ribs. Terminals are a 20-pin dual-row solder-pin array - primary 1-5, secondary 1-10, auxiliary 1-5 - and the unit mounts on four corner chassis flanges. No external power is required.
EI2401-1:2 is a passive 1:2 step-up audio isolation transformer. The 1:2 turns ratio gives about +6 dB of voltage gain while the primary and secondary stay galvanically separate, so two pieces of audio equipment at different ground potentials can be connected without circulating ground current. No power supply, no battery, no active circuitry: audio passes from primary to secondary by magnetic coupling alone. ZXYAUDIO P3188 is a 1:1 audio isolation transformer in a 6-pin surface-mount package, built in a thermoplastic case with epoxy potting and an integrated metal shield plate. It breaks the galvanic ground link between two audio stages while coupling the signal by magnetic induction, which removes 50/60 Hz hum, buzz and common-mode interference without attenuating the signal. ZXY EI42-110V-28.3V (part B2361) is a PCB-mount low-frequency step-down transformer wound on an EI42 core of 0.5 mm H18A electrical steel. Two identical 110 V AC / 60 Hz primary windings (1-6, 2-7) feed two independent 28.3 V AC secondaries (8-9, 13-14): each secondary holds 28.3 V AC ±5% at no load and 21.6 V AC at 70 mA. ZXY EI19-Permalloy is a precision-wound audio isolation transformer on a high-permeability permalloy (nickel-iron) core, supplied in a flame-retardant DIP 3+3 pin through-hole package measuring 19.5 x 17.5 x 17.0 mm. Three standard impedance configurations are available - 600:600 (1:1), 600:10K (1:4) and 10K:10K (1:1) - so a single footprint covers line-level and higher-impedance interfacing. The magnetic path transfers voice and data while the primary and secondary windings stay galvanically isolated: ground loops are interrupted, the AC hum caused by system grounding disappears and common-mode interference is rejected, without altering the audio content.
