Core Material

Customizable Parameters & Processes

Inductance value, number of turns, winding methods, insulation grades, potting/impregnation processes, and other technical specifications can be fully customized. Contact us for details on special requirements.

Color & Appearance

We offer various colors for coatings, encapsulation materials, and terminal finishes (black, gray, blue, green, etc.). The color scheme is fully customizable according to your preference.

Size & Shape

We can produce transformers, inductors and magnetic components in any size and shape—from standard circular/rectangular forms to custom-designed profiles, tailored to your layout constraints.

Logo & Marking

Multiple marking options are available: laser engraving, silk-screen printing, hot stamping, and custom labels with your brand logo, part numbers, or specifications.

Packaging

Custom packaging solutions are available, including anti-static bags, trays, and branded cartons. Custom packaging can be arranged even for small orders (minimum order quantity applies).

Custom process

Requirement Alignment

We first communicate with you to confirm your customization needs: we can customize transformers, toroidal inductors and various magnetic components. Key parameters to confirm: inductance, number of turns, dimensional specifications, operating frequency, core material, application scenarios (such as elevator control, power supply equipment, etc.), and performance requirements (noise reduction, EMI filtering, operational stability, etc.).

Solution Design & Drawing Confirmation

If the customer provides complete drawings and detailed specifications such as number of turns, inductance, and dimensions, we will directly evaluate and design the production plan based on the drawing parameters; If the customer only provides usage requirements or physical samples, our engineers will conduct actual measurement and analysis, reverse-calculate key parameters, and issue a customization plan and specification drawings for your review and confirmation.

Custom Sampling & Quality Control

Samples are produced by pure custom craftsmanship. All samples are strictly manufactured according to the confirmed parameters, supporting two options: R&D Samples: Small-batch customization for preliminary testing and performance verification; Mass Production Prototypes: Sampling according to mass production process standards, which can directly connect to subsequent mass production. Full-process quality guarantee: If there is any parameter inconsistency or process problem, we will re-produce samples for free.

Sample Testing & Customer Confirmation

After the samples are produced, engineers conduct a full range of tests: inductance, withstand voltage, dimensional tolerance, electrical performance, etc. Only after all indicators meet the standards will the samples be sent to you for final testing and confirmation.

Mass Production & End-to-End Quality Inspection

Once the samples are confirmed to be correct, standardized mass production will be launched with strict quality control throughout the entire process: Raw Material Testing → Formulation → Winding/Processing → Insulation Curing → First Article Inspection → In-line Inspection & Sampling → Deburring & Finishing → 100% Visual Inspection → In-process Quality Control → Cleaning/Grinding → Secondary Curing & Aging → Final Product Inspection → Warehousing & Packaging

Packaging & Shipping

Finished products are individually packaged in anti-static bags and then placed in standard export cartons (common sizes: 46×33×33cm / 33×33×33cm); large shipments are reinforced with pallets, and customized packaging is available upon request. Small orders/small batches: Shipped via FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS international courier or air freight. Large-volume orders: Shipped via sea freight or land freight (full container/less than container load)

After-Sales

Every magnetic component (transformers, toroidal inductors, etc.) we produce comes with a standard warranty. Should you encounter any quality issues during the warranty period, please feel free to contact us — our team is always ready to assist you. Payment

We accept multiple payment methods including PayPal, , T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and L/C (Letter of Credit).

Sample orders: Lead time is typically 7–10 working days.

Bulk production orders: Lead time ranges from 25–30 working days, subject to order specifications.

We provide dedicated professional technical support for all orders, and our standard product quality guarantee is 12 months from the date of delivery.

Customized Fabric Own Design, Simple And Fast

Use your own design to print custom fabrics to create unique fabrics for your project. Print your artwork and patterns on more than 300 fabrics with different characteristics, structures and uses, all hand-made, no minimum, and can be completed in 1-2 days.

Package Printing

Packaging printing includes a custom hat box design. The package shows a clean, simple design that reinforces the concept of high-end custom trends, which are widely circulated through fresh colors and customized photos. The package has been very popular and popular among consumers.
