The ZXY-3108 is a 12:1 audio isolation transformer built on a permalloy core and sealed in a mu-metal case. It combines a 140 kOhm primary impedance with a 12:1 (N1:N2) turns ratio to provide galvanic isolation and effective common-mode noise rejection in high-impedance, high-fidelity audio signal paths. The unit is supplied as a 31.0 mm x 22.0 mm vertical-mount body with a 4 + 4 pin arrangement for through-hole PCB layouts.
The ZXY-ED8X10-2.0H is a small glue-sealed SMD audio isolation transformer built on an ED8 x 10 laminated core. Two matched windings give 1:1 galvanic isolation between a 600 ohm line port and a 400 ohm device port, with a flat response across the 300 Hz to 4 kHz band, for board-level use in audio, voice and communication equipment.
The ZXY-EE25 is a compact audio isolation transformer built on a high-grade EE25 silicon-steel core and terminated with multi-color flying leads. With a 1:4 turns ratio, an inductance range of 65 mH to 900 mH at 1 kHz and pre-stripped, tinned copper lead tips, it provides impedance matching, galvanic signal isolation and ground-loop noise rejection in professional audio, broadcast, communication and industrial audio equipment.
ZXYAUDIO EE24 is a low frequency audio transformer for signal coupling and isolation in audio equipment. It winds 100% pure copper magnet wire on a high-permeability Ni-steel lamination core, wrapped in high-temperature Mylar tape, and terminates on standard 3 + 4 through-hole DIP pins. Every unit is 100% electrically tested. Electrical specification, dimensions and other parameters are customized to the application.
ZXYAUDIO EE25 is a passive audio MIC isolation transformer: high-permeability laminated core of precision-stamped silicon / nickel steel, tight multi-layer copper winding, colour-coded flying leads in customer-specified lengths. High-fidelity signal isolation and impedance matching with low distortion, low noise and magnetic shielding. 100% electrically and acoustically tested (QC passed); CE, RoHS, ISO 9001:2015 and UL recognized component (UL File E498875). Impedance, turns ratio and lead length are customized per application.
