The T1 Series is a compact high-frequency power transformer for PCB-mounted power conversion. High-permeability ferrite core, triple-layer yellow Mylar insulation and a UL94V-0 molded bobbin; 100 kHz – 500 kHz, leakage < 10 µH, power density up to 5.0 W/cm³, efficiency up to 95%, 20 × 17.5 × 17.5 mm, 4-pin DIP.
The T1 Series is a compact high-frequency power transformer built for PCB-mounted power conversion. A high-permeability ferrite core keeps core loss low, triple-layer yellow Mylar tape provides high dielectric strength between the windings, and the molded bobbin is rated UL94V-0. The standard 20 × 17.5 × 17.5 mm footprint and 4-pin DIP layout let the part drop into existing wave-soldered boards without a redesign.

Core material and insulation construction: ferrite core, triple-layer Mylar tape, UL94V-0 bobbin
The high-permeability ferrite core is what makes the T1 Series work at switching frequencies. Across the 100 kHz to 500 kHz range it keeps core loss low and magnetic leakage below 10 µH, so energy transfers from primary to secondary efficiently and little stray field escapes towards neighbouring components on the board.
That efficiency shows up as power density: up to 5.0 W/cm³ in a 20 × 17.5 × 17.5 mm body, with conversion efficiency up to 95% and a temperature rise below 40 °C. A transformer that runs cooler and takes less board area leaves room for the rest of the circuit and helps the finished product meet its thermal budget.
The insulation system is built for safety and durability. Triple-layer yellow Mylar tape gives high dielectric strength between the windings, the molded bobbin is UL94V-0 flame retardant, and the DIP pins suit reliable wave soldering. Inductance, turns ratio and power ratings can be customized, and OEM / ODM manufacturing is supported.
High-frequency electrical performance: 100 kHz – 500 kHz, leakage < 10 µH, efficiency up to 95%
The transformer is intended for high-frequency power conversion on a PCB, and should be applied within its rated 100 kHz to 500 kHz operating range.
